Refund Policy

Overview

Director of Digital engagements are intentionally scoped and capacity is reserved in advance. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of diagnostic and advisory work.

Fixed-Scope Engagements

Fixed-scope services (including audits, intelligence reports, and similar diagnostic work) are priced and scheduled based on the time, expertise, and opportunity cost required to deliver them.

Before work begins

If an engagement is canceled prior to kickoff and before any work has commenced, a refund may be issued, less any non-recoverable processing or administrative fees.

After work has begun

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available. This includes time spent on analysis, review, research, preparation, and any interim deliverables.

Advisory & Counseling Engagements

Advisory engagements are typically time-based and billed against reserved capacity.

Once a session has occurred or time has been allocated, fees are non-refundable. Where possible, rescheduling within a reasonable window may be accommodated.

Rescheduling

When circumstances require a change, rescheduling is preferred to cancellation. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible.

Director of Digital reserves the right to determine whether rescheduling is feasible based on availability and scope.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds or partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Director of Digital. Such decisions are made case-by-case and do not establish precedent.
