Ethics & Data Integrity
Clear boundaries, responsible analysis, and respect for the data entrusted to us.
Principles that govern the work
The work we undertake often involves sensitive performance data, internal systems, and strategic decision-making. Ethical conduct and data integrity are foundational to the practice — not supporting considerations.
We operate with clear boundaries around what data is accessed, how it is analyzed, and how insights are communicated.
Independence and objectivity
Director of Digital operates independently and without platform, tool, or media-buying incentives. Recommendations are shaped by objectives and constraints — not by downstream benefit to the practice.
This independence is critical to maintaining objectivity and trust.
Data access and handling
Data is accessed only with explicit permission and for defined purposes. Client data is not retained beyond the scope of an engagement, nor repurposed for unrelated analysis or comparison.
Where possible, work is structured to minimize data exposure while still enabling meaningful insight.
Accuracy over optics
Analysis is conducted with an emphasis on accuracy, context, and limitations. We avoid overstatement, selective interpretation, or conclusions that cannot be supported by the available evidence.
Where uncertainty exists, it is stated clearly. Clarity is prioritized over performative confidence.
Competitive intelligence boundaries
Competitive analysis is grounded in observable, publicly accessible behavior. We do not engage in unauthorized access, deception, or invasive data collection of any kind.
The intent of competitive intelligence is contextual understanding — not replication or exploitation.
Discretion by default
Much of our work is not suitable for public disclosure. Client information, internal findings, and strategic considerations are treated as confidential unless explicit permission is granted.
Discretion is not an exception to how the practice operates; it is the default.
