Confidentiality Statement

Respect for confidentiality is fundamental to how we engage, analyze, and advise.

Confidentiality as a baseline

Information shared in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential by default.

This includes, but is not limited to, performance data, internal analyses, strategic discussions, operational details, and any materials provided or generated during the course of work.

Use of information

Information is used solely for the purpose for which it is provided, and only by intended recipients. It is not repurposed, disclosed, or incorporated into unrelated work without explicit permission.

Findings and insights are communicated only to intended recipients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Public references

We do not publicly reference client relationships, results, or internal systems without explicit consent.

Where examples or outcomes are discussed publicly, they are anonymized or abstracted to prevent identification of the organization or its proprietary information.

Third-party access

We do not share client information with third parties unless required to fulfill the engagement and approved in advance.

Where third-party tools or platforms are required, access is limited to what is necessary and governed by the same confidentiality expectations.

Ongoing obligation

Confidentiality obligations do not end with the conclusion of an engagement. Information shared remains protected beyond the scope and duration of the work.

This principle applies regardless of whether a formal non-disclosure agreement is executed.

Clarification & formalization

If confidentiality expectations need to be clarified or formalized further, we address those considerations directly and prior to the start of work.
